Ahead of the forthcoming Council Elections in the FCT, the National Orientation Agency, (NOA) has engaged the traditional and religious institutions in order to achieve an effective information dissemination to the voting population.
To this end, a Stakeholders Roundtable Session was held at the Palace of HRM Dr. Ibrahim Yaro (JP) recently.
Speaking at the session, the representative of the Director-General NOA, the Director, Department of Political, Civic, Ethics and Values (PCEV), Mr Ajebie Edozie enlightened stakeholders on voter and civic education and called for a peaceful, credible and violence free election.
Present at the roundtable meeting were HRM Dr. Ibrahim Yaro (JP), Council heads, Council Chiefs, Youth Leader, Market Women, Religious Leaders, Bike riders, amongst others.
