National Orientation Agency (NOA) and HallowMace Foundation Africa (HAFA) are set to organize the 4th edition of the Annual National Legislative Conference 2021 with the theme: Constituency Projects And National Development: Challenges and Prospects.
Constituency projects became popular in Nigeria at the emergence of the 4th Republic and since then have taken firm root in the budgetary processes.
In recent years, an increasing number of citizens and stakeholders including accountability watchdog institutions have raised questions about crucial challenges facing the execution and supervision of constituency projects, the rationale and perceived contradictions in the management and the important question about whether the constituency projects can be a tool for achieving balanced sustainable rural and
national development of the country.
With array of stakeholders set to grace the event as speakers, it will provide a veritable platform to proffer solutions to grey areas identified by citizens concerning impacts made by constituency projects.

Venue: Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel, Abuja
