Staff motivation continue to be a priority of the Director General of the NOA, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu as he took time off his schedule in Kano to visit the state directorate of the agency.
Meeting with staff members, he spoke about the vision of the management to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders, improve working conditions and ensure improved welfare for staff.
The DG was particularly unhappy with structural condition of the directorate head office in Kano and directed the general service department of the agency to assess the situation and come up with a proposal for remediation.
He also inspected a guard of honour mounted by the Kano command of the War Against Indiscipline Brigade, saying the plan to rename and re-organise the WAI will soon be unveiled.
