Meeting with staff of the agency, intimating them about the direction of management in the new dispensation has always been a part of the DG’s activities whenever he visits state directorates. In Benue and Nasarawa states, the DG sat down with staff members in an engagement where problems of staff are discussed, solutions provided and vision explained. It is always about welfare, office space and more.
