The Director General Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu was among the guests that attended the 50th anniversary lecture of the Punch Newspaper held at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Hon. Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris was also at the event as Guest of Honour while Professor Wole Soyinka delivered the anniversary lecture.
Professor Soyinka spoke on a range of issues including the problems of insecurity, devolution of power, lack of justice and the world of art art culture.
