As part of collaboration with sister Agency in sensitization and enlightenment of the citizenry, the Director, National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lagos State, Mr. Waheed Ishola had an interview with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Channel 10 Lagos on National Symbols and Value Re-Orientation held at the State Headquarters of NOA in Ikeja, Lagos on Tuesday 6th June, 2017.

The Director noted that the long cherished value of hardwork, integrity, discipline, patriotism, honesty to mention just few have been thrown overboard, hence, the negative attitudes with all kinds of manifestations of lawlessness and crime.

Accordingly, the values which defines the present administration are enshrined in chapter 2 section 23 of 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended. These are: Discipline; Integrity; Dignity of Labour; Social Justice; Religious Tolerance; Self-Reliance and Patriotism.

Citing the issue of flying tattered National Flags by Corporate bodies and the spraying of Nigerian Naira notes at parties, Mr. Ishola urged the people concerned to have a rethink because very soon the law would catch up with them. He took time to explain that the National Flag should not be sown but printed.   Must be Emerald Green and Immaculate white with proper dimensions as against what is in circulation.  He urged the people to key into the “Change Begins with Me” campaign so as to have a better Nigeria
