Director-General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA) played host to Special Adviser to the President on National Social Investment Programme (NSIP), Hajia Mariam Uwais to discuss ways to tackle out of school children menace in our society.
AT RISK CHILDREN PROJECT, is an initiative of the Federal Government, targeting children and youth.(out of school children) the project is meant to share learning, skills and knowledge with the target group for a period of 9 months to create life skills for self sustainability.
