During the DG’s first interactive session with staff, one of the concerns raised was the lingering issue of unpaid promotion arrears spanning several years, amounting to millions of naira in entitlements. Responding to this concern, the DG NOA Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu has approved for the annual promotion examination of the Agency to take place henceforth in January of every year in order to put an end to the accumulation of promotional arrears that usually become a challenge to offset.
This initiative not only reflects the DG’s dedication to resolving longstanding issues but also underscores a broader commitment to improving organizational processes and operations.
