NOA Kwara State has been commended for it regular collation of grassroots report and effective mobilization of citizenry in the state, the commendation was made by the Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon . (Dr) Ali Babtunde Ahmad, in his office, during a courtesy visit on him by the Ag. State Director of the Agency Mr Olusegun Adeyemi (JP).
The Speaker observed that NOA nationwide has remain an effective government organ of educating, enlightening and mobilizing the general public on government policy, programmes and activities, particularly at the grassroot level. He applauded The Kwara State directorate for the pulse of the nation report sent to the House periodically.
Earlier in his address, the Ag. State Director, Mr Olusegun Adeyemi noted with delight, the positive activities of the Kwara State House of Assembly under the dynamic leadership of the Speaker Rt.Hon( Dr) Ali Babatunde Ahmad. Mr Adeyemi also commented on the hamonious relationship between the Executive and the Legislature in the State. He observed that the speedy consideration for the passage of 2017 budget and the steps taken by House on the Oyun water works have attracted more favourable public opinion for House because it touches on people’s welfare positively .
