A Non Governmental organisation known as Hausa/Fulani Youth Development and Orientation Forum (HAFY DOF) in its bid to build a working synergy with the National Orientation Agency Bauchi State Office paid a courtesy visit to the State Directorate . The Chairman of the forum Alhaji Almustapha Hajj Sufi while explaining their mission to the Management of the Agency tagged over 500 networking members drawn from the all the 20 local Government of the State.
The mandate of the forum was aimed to help the helpless orphanage, less preveilage ones, sensitize youth on attitudinal change for the need to live in harmonious peaceful coexistence and to educate youth not to relent themselves on Government white color job but instead be creative.
The Chairman nevertheless, displayed locally made crafts by its members such as (handbags, shoes, perfumes, Head caps) etc.
In his response, the Ag. Director Alhaji Nuru Yusuf Kobi, applauded the forum for finding it worthy to visit the NOA office and build a synergy with the Agency, he urged them to continue with their giant initiation as it will go along way in reducing over dependency upon government especially now that both State and the Federal government are making efforts to provide job for the jobless through the N-Power initiative for the youth to be creative and productive. He added that, the development and pride of any nation depend on its youth positive attitudes and character towards its policies and programme. He said it is the desire of the present administration to create and provide jobs to the teaming youth in the country who constitutes the larger percentage of the society. He urged them to continue with the good work and always support government policies and programmes.
