The Director General of the National Orientation Agency, (NOA) Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu and his management team today received a delegation from National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), led by the Commissioner of Consumer Affairs Hajia Aisha Mahmud.
The NERC team was in NOA headquarters to discuss the renewal of the partnership between the two Agencies.
For NERC, the partnership has helped to bridge gap between electricity consumers and other stakeholders.
The Agency has provided the platform and structure on which they have leveraged on to address customer’s complaints, among other things according to Hajia Aisha Mahmud.
The DG while welcoming them said, NERC is an effective body, and the agency is happy to partner with them in order to serve the Nigerian people.
