As part of the government’s effort to tackle crime and insecurity, to ensure a safe environment for business and societal development, the National Orientation Agency (NOA) in partnership with a Non Governmental Organisation- Eagle Crime Awareness Prevention Initiative (ECAPI) organized an anti-crime awareness campaign “SAY-NO-TO-CRIME” in the Society, held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos on 15th February, 2017.

Declaring  the event open, the Director, National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lagos State, Mr. Waheed Ishola noted that the campaign was apt and timely because of the economic situation in the country. He urged the organizer and other participants not to relent in their resilience, but to continue to effectively drive home the message of change and trust to the citizenry and shun the vices of crime.

In his speech, the President of ECAPI, Mr. Samuel Eniola Adam commended the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lagos State for its grassroots sensitization on government programmes, policies and activities. He promised to continually seek the cooperation of NOA in educating Nigerians on the dangers posed by crime and corruption.

During an evaluation/ review of the event at the NOA Headquarters in Ikeja Lagos, the President of ECAPI, Mr. Samuel Eniola Adam presented a Certificate of Partnership to the Management and staff of NOA.
