National Orientation Agency Kogi State Directorate play host to National Democratic Institute NDI, Challenged Parenthood Initiative CPI, FIDA and other organizations at NOA State Headquarters Opp.CBN Zone 8 Road Lokoja.
The Executive Director of CPI , Ms Eunice Abimbola Agbogun who lead the team told the State Director of NOA, Amb Mohammed Othman Abdullahi and his Management team that their mission was to appreciate the collaborative efforts by NOA at the State and LGA level so far in their Get out the vote (GOVT) campaigns in Kogi State.
She said the Campaign is aimed at discouraging all kinds of violence against women and to expose the various ways to report them to the appropriate authorities for necessary action. She commended all the Staff of the Agency for excellent performance, singling out COMO Anpka LGA, Mr Makolo Muazu for a very impressive and outstanding contribution to the GOVT, Stop Violence against Women ( Stop-VAWIP) and Voter Education Campaign.
Ms Eunice Agbogun said the organizations will continue to leverage on NOA’s existing platforms at the grassroots to reach out to members of the public.
Also present at the advocy visit were, the President of FIDA, Brr. Christiana Ayanvutu Adejumo, Secretly FOMWAN, Hajia Saadetu Adamu and a host of other stakeholders.
