The National Orientation Agency in continuation of its sustained efforts at ensuring that Nigerians take to COVID-19 preventive protocol to further consolidate on previous achievements and correct the erroneous belief in some quarters that the disease is no longer prevalent in the country, embarked on continuous sensitization campaign in order to raise the consciousness of Nigerians in this regard towards preventing a possible second wave of the virus in the country.

Arising from the above, the State Director of the Agency in Ogun State, Mr. ‘Sola Babalola JP Thursday led #NOATeam on continuos sensitization campaign, using interactive session approach, to the palace of the Royal Father, HRM Oba Ezekiel Kolawole Edunjobi, Olu Eruku Araromi and the people of the Community in Itori, Ewekoro LGA of the State.

The interactive session was to further sensitize the people on the need to believe Covid-19 still exists and that only strict adherence to its preventive protocols can continually prevent the citizenry from contracting it and can guarantee occurrence of another wave of the spread of the virus in the country.

Mr. ‘Sola Babalola also used the occasion to enlist the support of the Royal Father and the community in the fight against Rape, Gender Violence and all other social vices like kidnapping, drug abuse especially among the youths in the community in order to put a stop to its occurrences.
