DG NOA, Garba Abari received the President, Institute for Chartered Mediators and Conciliation (ICMC), Chief Emeka Obegolu on a courtesy visit to the Agency. The organization is seeking collaboration with the NOA to address some security challenges the country is facing.
ICMC is a body that seeks to promote peaceful coexistence among religions and ethnicities in addition to settling disputes. The body is training 7,000 mediators across Nigeria in order to discourage litigation/court judgements. The body believes in age-long cultural resolutions.
