Project Victory Call (PVC-Naija), a non – Governmental Organisation with special interest in Advocacy and Education, on Monday 29th October, 2019 paid an advocacy visit  to Lagos Directorate of National Orientation Agency (NOA), seeking to partner the Agency on a massive campaign for a behavioural change.

Addressing the NOA director in an interactive session, the President, PVC – Naija, Dr. Bolaji Akinyemi, noted that the Group is seeking to build a strong, literate and informed Nigeria society where people will do the right things always. He stressed that from research, the barn of our society has always been that of illiteracy; the more reason people will break pipelines, park articulated vehicles and trucks on major roads without qualms.  Speaking further, he said the group will engage about 60million students and youths eligible to vote as target audience.  He requested for the Agency’s collaboration because of the experience and wide reach within the communities.

Responding, the Director, National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lagos State, Mr. Waheed Ishola thanked the Group President for the interest and request to partner with NOA in sensitizing the people on behavioral change and integrity. He therefore requested for a comprehensive letter of intends and promised to work with the Group by making available the Agency’s platform for effective implementation of its set objectives in line with the “Change Agenda” of the present democratic government.
