The National Orientation Agency in collaboration with Fed Min of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development organised a 2-day programme to critically evaluate the implementation of the 1st phase of the Government Enterprise Empowerment Programme (GEEP) 2.0. The meeting aimed at pointing out lessons learnt, challenges faced and to chart a course forward for the continued implementation of the program.

The GEEP 2.0 programme of the federal Government is designed to provide access to credit for the poor and vulnerable people who are at the base of the economic pyramid, and are involved in active commercial activity but have never had the opportunity to access loans. The programme provides three classes of loans products namely Tradermoni, Marketmoni and Farmermoni.
