The Chairman, Board of National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mr. Khalil Bolaji  also accompanied by board member Alhaji Adebayo Jimoh urged management and staff of the Agency to see themselves and the job they do as contributing to the service of humanity. He gave the admonition on Tuesday 10th April, 2018 at the Agency’s Directorate State Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State. The Chairman who was in Lagos for other official national engagement, took time off to visit the State Headquarters.

Addressing Management and Staff of the Headquarters, the chairman emphasized that it pays to be committed and dedicated to hard work even when nothing is attached to it as might please one. Agency Staff are to “see themselves and the work they do as contribution to the service of humanity” in the capacity God had endowed them with. There should be nothing like “just” in any service.

He commended Lagos NOA Directorate for its discipline, hard work, commitment and love, even as he re-echoed the Civil Service rule of movement and transfer of staff to any part of the directorate/state for robust and optimal performance without prejudices.  Mr. Khalil Bolaji urged staff and management of NOA not to relent in their resilience, but to continue to effectively develop enough programmes and resources, drive home the message of change, trust and love to the citizenry with the promise that the Board will do the needful for staff welfare within the next few months as the economy improves.

Earlier in his welcome address, the State Director, National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lagos State, Mr. Waheed Ishola, informed the chairman that Lagos State has the largest number of staff in the Agency (207), the most vibrant in terms of projecting the activities of the Agency. He appealed to the Chairman to consider Lagos Directorate in the scheme of things and assured him of greater and continuous performance.

This is great and inspiring to read. If every Nigerian can have this type of mindset and orientation , our country would been among the top three best country in the world. Respect and service for humanity is what will take us to us there. We all need to be dedicated and have strong commitment to the course of making the country great from wherever we find ourselves.
Meanwhile, I have in my own way trying my part to make great contribution with my talent (music) but I’m yet to get assistance to get the song to where it’s supposed to be. The song is to be heard by all Nigerian home and abroad. The platform(Television and radio air-play) to get it played and heard is what I need assistance on. The impact the song will make will be enormous especially among the youths. This organisation can partner with to promote this song for all nigerians to hear.
Below is the link of the song for your review.
