National Orientation Agency (NOA) in partnership with Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and @GriotStudios prepare Kogi electoral stakeholders for forthcoming November governorship election. A movie titled ‘4th Republic’, believed to convey positive electoral attitudes and behaviors becomes communication strategy.

DG NOA, represented by the Director, Public Enlightenment & Mass Mobilization (PEMM), Mrs. Ruth Ogun gave a remark shortly before commencement of movie premiere. She reminded political stakeholders that violence during election is in no one’s interest. She commended @GriotStudios for being patriotic towards making electoral process violent free in Nigeria.

INEC Director of Voter Education & Publicity (VEP), Osaze Uzi gave a remark at the event to premiere ‘4th Republic’ movie by @GriotStudios aimed to instill positive political culture in electoral stakeholders. The event holds in Lokoja as Kogi prepares for election.

Director of the 4th Republic movie, Ishaya Bako said the motive behind the film is to complement efforts made so far by both NOA and INEC in areas of peaceful elections in Nigeria. He said Griot Studios plans to take the movie to about 16 tertiary institutions in the next three months.
